Competition Terms & Conditions – House of Cards Pre-Order Vinyl Giveaway

  1. Promoter
    This promotion is conducted by Milestone Merchandise Pty Ltd (ABN 30 693 870 692) (“Promoter”).
  2. Eligibility
    Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and any agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.
  3. Promotion Period
    The promotion commences at 12:00 AM (AEST) on 17 April 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 23 April 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
  4. How to Enter
    To enter, individuals must during the Promotional Period:
  • Purchase the House of Cards – Blood Red Glitter exclusive vinyl variant via the official Australian online webstore.

Conditions of entry:

  • Limited to 500 units in Australia (while stocks last)
  • One (1) entry per person
  • Entry is deemed received at the time of purchase confirmation
  • Incomplete or cancelled orders will be deemed invalid
  1. Prize
    One (1) winner will receive an Audio-Technica Prize Pack valued at $675 AUD, comprising:
  • Audio-Technica Wireless Headphones (ATH-S300BT)
  • Audio-Technica Sound Burger Portable Bluetooth Turntable (AT-SB727)

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.

  1. Draw Details
    The draw will take place at 15 Chapel Street, Marrickville, NSW 2204 on 24 April 2026 at 12:00 PM (AEST).
    The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  2. Winner Notification & Publication
    The winner will be notified via email within 2 business days of the draw.
    The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.
  3. Unclaimed Prize
    If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw on 1 May 2026 at the same time and location, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
  4. Prize Delivery
    The prize will be delivered to an Australian address nominated by the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
  5. Verification & Disqualification
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  6. Liability
    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
    Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.
  7. Privacy
    Entrants’ personal information will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy obligations under applicable law.
  8. Cancellation / Force Majeure
    If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  9. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
