Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make
changes.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within a few business days, then shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 3-10 business days
  • International: 7-21+ business
    days

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note international shipping may take
longer and costs are determined by carriers.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow
your delivery.

If your order is delayed, please check your tracking first. If you still
need help, contact us and we’ll investigate with the shipping provider.

Pre-Orders & Drops

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock and will ship at a
later date.

Item ship dates are listed on the item page when purchasing. We cannot ship items earlier than the listed date.

though delays can occur.

Products

Most limited releases and exclusive drops will not be restocked once sold
out.

Sizing information is available on each product page. We recommend
checking carefully before ordering as fits may vary between garments.

We typically use high-quality garments from brands like AS Colour and
Gildan, depending on the product.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within a set period (see our Refund Policy) provided
items are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted if items are in original
condition. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible
with photos and your order details.

We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit in line with
Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges are available (subject to stock availability). Please follow
the return instructions and include your order details.

Vinyl & Collectibles

We carefully package all vinyl orders, but damage during transit can
occasionally occur.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll work with you to
resolve the issue.

General

We currently do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped.

We offer discount codes from time to time. The best way to stay updated
is by joining our mailing list.
