SHIPPING INFORMATION

Within Australia:
Australia Post Parcel Post (standard mail with tracking)

We recommend downloading the AusPost App to track your order easily.

In the app you can arrange free collection from a 24/7 AusPost Parcel locker if you're not going to be home at the time of delivery.

International Postage:
International Standard - available for shipments up to 20KG

(7-20 business days is standard delivery time; however can vary due to factors out of our control, such as geopolitical events, airline disruptions, local postage issues, etc.)

Our shipping is currently not insured, and we can not be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in the mail.

International Order Tracking:
Once your order arrives in the destination country, your local postal service will be delivering. The Australia Post tracking number should be trackable on the local postal service website in most cases.

Delivery Timings:
We fulfil all of our orders in Sydney, Australia between 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday - Friday. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. For pre-orders please note the release date, as your item will be shipped on or slightly before that day.

If the item you ordered has sold out due to limited availability, you will be contacted by our customer service team and offered an exchange or refund. Please note the below delivery times are a guide and can not be guaranteed.

Domestic (Within Australia):

If you select "safe drop" or "authority to leave", when you receive your Australia Post tracking link (in the shipping confirmation email) this is done at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing or are stolen, if you have authorised parcels to be left unattended at your address.

International:
International Standard: approx. 7-20 business days

There can be delays at International Customs, in which case orders can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. There can also be delays at peak times e.g. Christmas.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on Australia Post rates. Costs are based on product/s purchased, delivery address, and shipping method chosen.

Import Taxes/Duties:
For International orders, customs charges may be applied by the country of destination. Import duties and taxes are applied by the customs office in the receiving country, and are the responsibility of the receiver. These charges vary from country to country, and change from time to time, and cannot be estimated by the sender. Customs fees go to the government of the receiving country.
