Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns:

Milestone Merchandise accepts returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. After 30 days from the original delivery date has passed we will not be able to accept a return on your order.

The following items cannot be returned: digitally delivered goods (including, but not limited to music, tickets, audiobooks), books, magazines, comics, swimwear, socks, underwear, facemasks and gift cards.

Vinyl / CDs / tapes / DVDs returns will only be accepted if the item is significantly damaged / defective and must in its original packaging. Minor damage (especially vinyl) caused in transit will make the product ineligible for a return.

Returned items must be in complete resellable (new) condition. We cannot accept returns on worn, soiled, or laundered clothing. All returns must be free of pet hair and odour. If you send an item back in poor condition a refund will not be processed.

If you believe your item is damaged, please email orders@milestonemerchandise.com within 10 days of delivery. You should include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a picture of the damaged item so that we can investigate. If you have an issue with the playback of a vinyl, CD, DVD, or tape, please send over the above information along with a 10-15 second video displaying the issue.

If you would like to return some or all of your order, please refer to our full return policy below and then email us at orders@milestonemerchandise.com with your full name, order number, and a request for an authorised return form.

Exchanges:

Exchanges for items follow the same process as Returns (above) and will be managed separately and individally. Please contact us if you simply want to exchange a whole or partial order.

Before contacting us, please read our full return policy below:

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for the item(s) you decide to send back. We cannot supply prepaid return labels.
  • We will not refund any shipping costs, including the original shipping costs.
  • Returns must occur within the 30 day return window.
  • Returned items must be in complete resellable (new) condition (unwashed, unworn, unsoiled, and free of odour or pet hair.) We will not accept your return if it does not meet the above requirements.
  • If your return is rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense or discarded without a refund.
  • All sales are considered final for the following items - digital downloads or any digitally delivered goods, books, magazines, comics, swimwear, socks, underwear, facemasks, and gift cards. Returns will not be permitted for any of the above items.
  • All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
  • Your return will be processed within 1-2 weeks of arriving at Milestone Merchandise. Please note: During or following the busy holiday seasons (Easter, Christmas, Black Friday, etc.) processing times may be extended.
  • Once we submit a refund the banks have to do their part which can take a few days. Bank processing takes an average of 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your account.

IMPORTANT: Please retain tracking information for your shipment and keep the tracking number until you've received your refund.

Unclaimed Items and Returned Items:

Milestone Merchandise is not liable for reshipping orders that have been returned to us due to being unclaimed or incorrect delivery details being provided at checkout.

If you want to arrange a new shipment, please contact us with updated delivery details. Reshipping will be charged to your preferred method of payment.
